The triangular volume is articulated with staggering rectangular windows and voids (terrace) playing an interesting rhythm at street level. The Triangular shapes of the site generates two rectangular shapes (volumes) connected at the lobby, creating an atrium space at the lower level and an open void at the upper level for ventilation and access for light
