This high rise Apartment is composed with a refurbished existing low rise commercial show rooms along the street. The Vertical rectangular volume staggering and recess creates a distinct formal expression and roof line at the top. The vertical fins sun shading and the terraces screen the living spaces from harsh sun while creating a rhythmical play on the facade.
